Adam is a Manager in Empire’s ESOP Advisory Practice, where he specializes in valuation and transaction advisory services for existing and prospective employee-owned companies. He brings deep expertise in performing ESOP feasibility studies, preparing annual valuation updates, and delivering strategic financial guidance during ESOP transactions; whether advising on behalf of ESOP Trustees or prospective ESOP companies and their selling shareholders. 

Additionally, Adam has extensive experience valuing both operating and asset-holding companies across a variety of industries, including valuations for gift and estate reporting, corporate planning, and negotiations for third-party acquisitions.
