Brandon has more than 15 years of experience in valuing the equity, debt, and derivative securities of privately-held businesses for estate and gift tax reporting, corporate planning, and ESOP purposes.  Brandon also has experience in financial reporting valuations, including purchase price allocations.  Brandon’s work spanned multiple industries, including asset management, manufacturing, engineering, and construction. He has also completed valuations of professional sports franchises across each of the major North American leagues.
