Dana has been with Empire since 2012 and her experience includes performing valuations for the purposes of Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820), Business Combinations (ASC 805), Stock Compensation (ASC 718), and Intangibles – Goodwill and Others (ASC 350), financial reporting and SEC reporting, as well as valuations for estate and gift tax and general corporate planning purposes.  She is involved in the valuations of a variety of debt and fixed income securities, real estate, intangible assets, and equity interests across a variety of industries and global locations. She has worked with private equity firms, hedge funds, publicly traded companies and closely held companies.
