He has valued many businesses, including multi-national companies to local businesses, household name product manufacturers, real estate holding conglomerates, private REITs, real estate development companies, apparel manufacturers, restaurant franchises, movie theaters, nightclubs and more.  His intangible asset valuations have included patents, literary works, movie and music rights, guaranty fees, split dollar arrangements and insurance products. Additionally, he has prepared valuations of in-process research and development, technology and other intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
