Roslyn is a managing director and real estate practice leader with Empire Valuation.  She has experience at New York’s largest independent real estate appraisal firm and at a top-20 national public accounting firm, where she led the New York City valuation team. Throughout her career, Roslyn has valued numerous residential and commercial real estate asset types in most metropolitan areas in the U.S., including complex and special use properties. She has performed these appraisals for purposes including financing, financial reporting, estate and gift tax planning, tax appeal, and litigation. Roslyn is also experienced in performing purchase price allocations in accordance with Accounting Standards Codification 805, Business Combinations. Roslyn has her B.A., Cum Laude, in Rhetoric and Global Cultures from Binghamton University, and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
