Ian is a Manager in Empire’s Portfolio Valuations Practice, where he specializes in performing valuations for the purposes of Fair Value Measurement (ASC 820), financial reporting and SEC reporting.
He also has extensive experience valuing operating and asset-holding companies across a range of industries, including engagements for gift and estate tax reporting and corporate planning purposes. His work spans debt and fixed income securities, real estate, and equity interests across industries and global markets.
