With over 17 years of valuation experience, he has extensive expertise in valuations for the purpose of estate and gift tax reporting, for which he has valued limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests, and S-corporations. Additionally, he has experience preparing valuations for a variety of purposes including acquisitions, stock repurchases, fairness opinions, carried interests, employee stock ownership plans and general corporate planning.
