Mark has over 35 years of experience with the valuation of portfolio investments (debt, equity, real estate, esoteric), business interests, intangible assets and intellectual property.

He has prepared valuations for fair value, ASC 820, ASC 805, financial/SEC reporting, fairness opinions, and estate and gift tax on behalf of major alternative asset managers, family offices and business owners worldwide.

Mark has an MBA with Distinction from NYU, an Economics degree from Wharton (cum laude), and was a Professor of Finance in Business Valuation at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
