Olga provides valuation services for a wide range of purposes, including estate and gift tax reporting, and general corporate planning. She has extensive experience valuing closely held operating companies and investment holding companies, as well as portfolio investments consisting of debt, equity, and real estate across a variety of industries and global locations. Olga is also a member of Empire’s ESOP Advisory Practice, where she supports ESOP transactions, fairness opinions and prepares annual ESOP valuation updates for employee-owned companies.

Olga is a certified public accountant (CPA) and serves as the President of the New York State Society of CPAs – Rochester Chapter. She is also the Second Vice President at Ukrainian Federal Credit Union, in Rochester, NY.
